Zoomo raised $60M from Delivery Hero Ventures, HESTA, and others to provide e-cargo bikes on subscription to last-mile delivery couriers. The company built a fleet management platform and partnership network across Australia, the US, and Europe. When Delivery Hero began contracting Foodpanda and other delivery brands in 2022-2023, courier volumes collapsed. Zoomo's subscription model depended entirely on gig courier density. It entered voluntary administration in March 2023.
