Reflektive built a continuous performance management platform replacing annual performance reviews with real-time feedback, OKR tracking, and manager coaching tools. The company raised $81M and reached notable enterprise customers. But the performance management SaaS category became intensely competitive: Lattice expanded from OKRs to full performance suites; Culture Amp added performance to its engagement platform; Glint was acquired by LinkedIn; and Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM all bundled performance management into their HR suites at incumbent pricing. Reflektive could not hold its price point against bundled alternatives. The company was acquired by Beqom (a Swiss compensation management platform) in 2021. Beqom used Reflektive's customer relationships but deprecated the core Reflektive product.
