The product offered real-time labour cost optimisation, shift planning, and compliance with Netherlands labour law (including minimum wage rules and WAB regulations). The company had 200 paying clients and €1.4M ARR. However, Shiftbase and Planday both raised significant capital and expanded aggressively into the Dutch market with equivalent or superior feature sets.
